We use your feedback to generate themes. These anonymised themes are shared with the people who shape maternity services: Director and Head of Midwifery, Midwives, Commissioners etc. We ask them how they will make changes as a result and we look for ways to coproduce those changes.
Meet the Team

Co-ChairNatalie and Sarah are the MVP Co-Chairs. They make sure that the MNVP is functioning as it should and that progress is being made against our goals. They each lead on projects - Natalie is looking after Preconception, Consent, Complaints, Equity and Equality.

Engagement Lead
Alana leads on engagement, with a focus on increasing and diversifying our membership.

Neonatal Lead
Lorna leads on neonatal work, with a focus on helping us understand how to become an MNVP so we can represent the voices of neonatal parents too.
